Return & Exchange Policy
1. Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at info@talas.ae with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.
Once we receive your claim, our team will review it and notify you by email whether the item is eligible for a replacement. If approved, you may send the defective item to our warehouse for inspection. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
After inspection, if the defect is confirmed, we will send you a replacement item. Refunds are not issued, as we only replace defective products.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Glass components (e.g., windows, mirrors, screens)
- Electronic parts and modules
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
- Any item not reported as defective within 48 hours of delivery
3. Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping companies. Once an order is handed over to the courier, all transit-related issues must be raised directly with the shipping company by the customer.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for safely returning defective items for inspection; we do not guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.
4. Replacements
If a defective item is confirmed after inspection, a replacement will be issued using the same model or an equivalent alternative if the original is unavailable. We do not offer cash refunds, store credit, or exchanges for non-defective items.
