Return & Exchange Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all accessories included, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at info@talas.ae with your order number before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Aftermarket parts — sold as final sale
- Electronic modules, sensors, ECUs, and control units
- Glass components (windows, windshields, mirrors, screens)
- Safety parts (airbags, restraint control modules)
- Hazardous materials, fluids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
3. Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@talas.ae with your order number, photos or video of the defect, and a description of the issue.
Defects on genuine parts are handled through the manufacturer warranty. Defective aftermarket items are evaluated case by case. If a defect is confirmed after inspection, a replacement will be issued using the same model, or an equivalent alternative if the original is unavailable.
4. Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping companies. Once an order is handed over to the courier, all transit-related issues must be raised directly with the shipping company by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
