What shipping methods are available?

We ship orders using trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and local UAE delivery companies. Shipping speed and cost depend on your location and the size of the item.

Important: We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier. Any shipment-related claims must be submitted directly to the shipping company.

How long does delivery take?

UAE orders typically arrive within 1–2 working days. International orders may take 5–10 working days depending on customs processing and destination country. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

If your item is defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. After 48 hours, we cannot accept return or replacement requests.

Non-returnable items: Glass components, electronic modules, sensors, ECUs, and any part that can be damaged by incorrect installation.

What if I receive a defective item?

If your item arrives damaged or not functioning, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Please note that issues caused by incorrect installation, modification, or misuse are not covered.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?

All shipments are packed securely to reduce risk. However, if damage occurs during transit, the responsibility lies with the courier.

Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping company for compensation. We will assist by providing required documentation, but we are not responsible for courier-related damages.

How do I place an order?

Simply add the items you want to your cart and complete checkout online. We accept secure online payments only — Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay (if available), and other secure online payment methods depending on your region. COD is not supported.

Do you offer installation or technical support?

We do not provide installation services. Customers are responsible for installation and compatibility checks. Some Tesla parts require professional installation to avoid damage.

Incorrect installation voids eligibility for replacement.

Are your parts genuine or aftermarket?

We offer both genuine and high-quality aftermarket Tesla parts. Each product page clearly specifies whether the item is OEM, genuine, or aftermarket.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can follow your shipment directly on the courier's website.
